The recruiting process can be so confusing when you don't know where to start. SparberU gave our son structure, guidance, and confidence every step of the way. From the first call, Chris and his team treated him like family — building his school list, creating a standout highlight video, and personally reaching out to college coaches. The weekly meetings and feedback were invaluable. We saw progress every week until the day the offer came in.
My son started the recruiting process very late. They jumped in immediately with meetings, slack channels, calls, just really lit a fire. They worked closely with my son to identify the right regions and schools, creating a tailored plan that caught us up quickly. Thanks to Sparber U, my son is now part of the 7% of high school baseball players who move on to play at the college level.
SparberU is a great professional, reliable, and very well needed hand of help to anyone in the recruiting process. They have helped me overcome issues and problems by working with me, developing a game plan, and guiding me through the next steps to get me to where I want to go.
Amazing team, results driven, guaranteed results! Work With Chris and his team!
Chris, Robert, and the entire Sparber team were fantastic to work with. They are organized, communication is excellent, they provide weekly updates, and they gave my son exposure to many college coaches. There is no other recruiting service out there that will outwork these guys. SparberU has an unmatched work ethic and a proven process that works. My son committed to his dream school and his number one option.
It was very good to get all of the advice during the recruiting process — what to post, which coaches to contact. I loved the personal connections with my coach and they really made it feel like a family. Also I liked the programs that teach the mentality of the game and how to get stronger.
The recruiting process can get overwhelming very quickly. SparberU is fantastic, reliable, professional and without hesitation I highly recommend. They followed through on everything they said they would. From creating a list of potential schools to prepping players before each call with a college coach — WITHOUT HESITATION, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Chris and his team created an action plan that involved targeting carefully chosen schools through a process that was extremely effective. There is a whole team behind the scenes working every angle of recruitment — from social media to video creation to prepping for phone calls with coaching staff. We found this investment gave us a world of peace, direction and guidance.

The recruiting process can get overwhelming very quickly. CSN is fantastic, reliable, professional and without hesitation I highly recommend. They followed through on everything they said they would. From creating a list of potential schools, prepping the players before each call with a college coach, weekly meetings, having a team of former college players working towards the goal of getting an offer, working with my sons on communicating with coaches to being mentors for them. Again, WITHOUT HESITATION, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Chris and your team!
